Using your full outstretched hand lay your fingers across the back of the top of the upper arm. Begin compressing with your full hand so that a pinch is formed between your fingers and the base of your palm. Hold this position for several seconds before moving your hand down the triceps. In the pause between compressions, move your hand down about two finger widths at a time.

Rotate your hand so that the flat of your thumb is resting ready to massage the triceps. Use your thumb to begin massage of the muscles on the triceps with medium sized circles. Move down in intervals of about one finger width at a time as you massage. Target the entire triceps and alternate massaging up and down the length of the muscles.
